Declaring an Outbreak – Farm Workers

  • One confirmed case by PCR or RAT
  • Living setting provided by an employer


  • Two confirmed cases in workers or persons working on or visiting an agri-food setting within last 14-days


Employer Obligations – Quarantine

  • Minimum of 30 hours a week
  • Should a TFW be required to quarantine for under 7 days, wages can be prorated
  • Cannot be an advance or reimbursed at a later date
